Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Pokitoy mobile application (the “Application”), provided by Oasiverse Studios Co.,Ltd (the “Service Provider”).

1. Overview

Pokitoy can be used without creating an account. The Application does not ask users to provide a name, email address, phone number, password, or other account-registration information.

Pokitoy version 1.4.0 and later versions covered by this Policy do not display third-party advertisements and do not use Google AdMob or another advertising SDK. These versions do not access the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), do not request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework, do not collect Advertising Data, and do not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies.

Versions of Pokitoy released before version 1.4.0 may contain legacy advertising functionality. Users of an earlier version should update to the latest available version to receive the current privacy behavior described in this Policy.

2. Information Processed

Pokitoy and the service providers used by the Application may process the following limited categories of information:

  • Coarse Location: An approximate country or region derived from network information such as an IP address. Pokitoy does not request or collect precise GPS location.

  • Device Identifier: An app-instance or installation identifier used for analytics. This is not Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA).

  • Product Interaction: Information about how the Application is used, such as app launches, sessions, screen views, taps, feature interactions, and engagement events.

  • Purchase History: Limited information associated with an App Store in-app purchase, such as the product identifier, transaction or entitlement status, and information needed to unlock or restore purchased content.

Pokitoy does not use these categories for third-party advertising, its own advertising, data-broker services, or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.

3. How Information Is Used

The limited information described above may be used to:

  • understand general use of the Application;

  • improve features, usability, and the overall user experience;

  • measure aggregate engagement and product performance;

  • process, validate, unlock, and restore in-app purchases;

  • prevent fraud or abuse related to purchase transactions; and

  • comply with legal, platform, accounting, and App Store requirements.

The Application does not use this information to create advertising profiles or serve personalized advertisements.

4. Data Linked to You and Tracking

Pokitoy does not require an account and does not use the information described above to identify users by name, email address, or other direct contact information.

For App Store privacy-disclosure purposes, the information processed for analytics and purchases is not linked to a user’s identity and is not used for tracking.

Pokitoy does not sell personal information, share information with data brokers, or combine Application data with third-party data for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.

5. Third-Party Services

Pokitoy uses a limited number of service providers to operate the Application:

  • Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase may process app-instance identifiers, coarse location, and product-interaction information to provide analytics. Google processes this information under its applicable terms and privacy documentation:

  • Apple App Store and In-App Purchase Services process purchases and may provide the Service Provider with limited transaction, product, and entitlement information needed to complete or restore a purchase. Apple’s App Store privacy information is available at:

These providers process information under their own privacy terms. Pokitoy does not authorize them to use Application data for cross-app advertising tracking on the Service Provider’s behalf.

6. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The Service Provider does not receive a user’s full payment-card number, Apple Account password, or complete Apple Account credentials.

Pokitoy may receive limited purchase-related records needed to determine whether content should be unlocked, restore a previous purchase, support entitlement migration, resolve purchase issues, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

7. Data Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain Pokitoy user accounts or a database of names, email addresses, or phone numbers for Application use.

Analytics and app-instance information is retained according to the configuration and retention practices of Google Firebase. Purchase records may be retained by Apple and by the Service Provider for as long as reasonably necessary to provide purchase restoration, resolve support issues, prevent fraud, comply with law, and maintain business records.

Because Pokitoy does not maintain user accounts or directly identifying profile information, the Service Provider may not be able to associate an analytics record with a particular person solely from a name or email address.

8. Children’s Privacy

Pokitoy does not require account registration and does not knowingly ask children to provide names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, photos, messages, or other direct personal information.

Version 1.4.0 and later versions covered by this Policy do not display third-party advertisements or use information for advertising tracking.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider in connection with Pokitoy, please contact us so that we can review the request and take appropriate action.

9. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or information about processing.

You may contact the Service Provider using the address below. You may also manage certain Apple and device privacy settings through the Settings app on your device. Purchase history and App Store account information are primarily controlled by Apple.

10. International Processing

Service providers used by Pokitoy may process information in countries or regions other than the one in which you live. Where required, information is handled using safeguards provided by the relevant service provider and applicable law.

11. Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures designed to protect information associated with the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to Pokitoy, its service providers, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the Policy changes materially.

If a future version introduces a new category of data collection or a materially different use of information, the Service Provider will update this Policy and the applicable App Store privacy disclosures.
