This Privacy Policy applies to the POKITOY mobile application (the “Application”), developed by Oasiverse Studios Co.,Ltd (the “Service Provider”).

Overview

POKITOY can be used without creating an account. The Application does not require users to provide a name, email address, phone number, or other account registration information.

However, the Application uses third-party services for advertising, analytics, app performance measurement, crash diagnostics, and in-app purchases. These services may collect certain information from your device and app usage as described below.

Information We and Our Partners May Collect

Depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and how you use the Application, the following categories of data may be collected by the Application or by third-party service providers:

  • Coarse location, such as approximate location derived from your device or network information

  • Device identifiers, such as advertising identifiers, app instance identifiers, or other device-related identifiers

  • Purchase history related to in-app purchases

  • Product interaction data, such as app launches, screen views, interactions, session activity, and engagement events

  • Advertising data, such as ad impressions, ad clicks, ad performance, and information used to serve or measure ads

  • Crash data, such as crash logs and diagnostic information

  • Performance data, such as launch time, app responsiveness, network performance, and other technical performance information

The Application does not knowingly collect your precise location, contact list, photos, messages, health data, or financial account information.

How Data Is Used

Data collected through the Application or third-party services may be used for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain app functionality

  • To process and validate in-app purchases

  • To show third-party advertisements

  • To measure advertising performance

  • To understand how users interact with the Application

  • To improve app stability, performance, and user experience

  • To detect crashes, technical issues, fraud, abuse, or security problems

  • To comply with legal, platform, and App Store requirements

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies and terms.

These services may include:

  • Google AdMob, used to display ads and measure ad performance

  • Google Firebase / Google Analytics for Firebase, used for analytics, app usage measurement, performance insights, and related diagnostics

  • Apple in-app purchase services, used to process purchases made through the App Store

Third-party services may collect data such as device identifiers, coarse location, product interaction data, advertising data, crash data, and performance data. Some of this data may be linked to your device or identity by those third-party services.

Advertising, Tracking, and Personalized Ads

The Application may use Google AdMob and related Google services to show ads, measure ad performance, and support advertising features.

For App Store privacy disclosure purposes, certain data collected from the Application, including coarse location, device identifiers, product interaction data, advertising data, and performance data, may be used for tracking purposes. This means that the data may be linked with data from other companies’ apps, websites, or services for advertising or advertising measurement.

Coarse location data may be used for tracking purposes by third-party advertising partners where permitted by law and your consent choices.

On iOS, the Application may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing the advertising identifier or using data for tracking. If you decline tracking permission, advertising may still be shown, but it may be less personalized or measured differently.

You can manage tracking permissions in your iOS device settings:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking

You may also be able to manage advertising personalization or consent choices through in-app consent messages, where available, or through your device settings.

In-App Purchases

The Application may offer in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. Purchase processing is handled by Apple. The Service Provider may receive limited purchase-related information, such as purchase status, product identifier, transaction validation information, and purchase history, to unlock purchased content or features, provide app functionality, support purchase restoration, and analyze purchase performance.

The Service Provider does not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password.

Data Linked to You

Some data collected through the Application or third-party services may be linked to your device or identity, including:

  • Coarse location

  • Device identifiers

  • Purchase history

  • Product interaction data

  • Advertising data

  • Performance data

Crash data may be collected for diagnostics and app stability purposes and is generally used to identify and fix technical issues.

Data Retention

The Service Provider does not maintain user accounts for the Application. Data collected by third-party services is retained according to those services’ own retention policies.

Purchase-related records may be retained as needed to provide app functionality, restore purchases, resolve support issues, comply with legal obligations, and maintain business records.

Security

The Service Provider takes reasonable measures to protect information associated with the Application. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and no service can guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

The Application does not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children. The Application does not include account registration or features that require children to submit personal information.

Third-party services used in the Application may collect limited data as described in this Privacy Policy and in their own privacy policies. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application or a related third-party service, please contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.

Your Choices

You may control certain data collection and tracking through your device settings, App Tracking Transparency permissions, advertising settings, and any consent options shown in the Application.

You may also choose not to make in-app purchases.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, third-party services, legal requirements, or privacy practices.

Any changes will be reflected by updating this page. Continued use of the Application after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
